I have recently switched to using Innovative Computer Products as a source for my refurbished Dell desktop purchases.It is always a risk in changing suppliers as well as purchasing refurbished products as the product quality in refurbished units can vary greatly.

The products that I have received from Innovative Computer Products has been clean, complete and accurately documented with the associated operating system installations.The products have always arrived in a timely fashion very well packed with no damage.

The need for warranty work has been rare but when needed support and the necessary parts were promptly shipped and all issues have been resolved with minimal effort on our part.

I anticipate continuing to use Innovative Computer Products as my source for quality refurbished equipment.
