We have purchased refurbished PCs from InnovatePC on three separate occasions. They were well packed and in excellent condition. We had two warranty claims one of which was after the 90 day warranty. Both claims were hassle free and turnaround was quick.
We have found refurbs to be an excellent way to stretch our limited funds and highly recommend their services.
